Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame and we will help you sort it out. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is, however, your responsibility. Your timely remittance is very appreciated. Financing and/or payment plans can be arranged, but any such arrangements must be made prior to the actual procedure.
